Ellister Regency Six Seater Oval Garden Set in Bronze

This Ellister Regency Six Seater Oval Set  is a 6 seater cast aluminium patio set which is finished in antique bronze. It is very similar to the Ellister Regency Round Set. This set includes and oval table with a central hole and  six matching arm chairs.

Note that the legs of the chairs are made from iron and not aluminium to make them strong and durable.

This set is treated with a powder spray coating to be weather and UV resistant, and also free from maintenance. You can expect many years use from this furniture, although it is recommended that it is covered or stored indoors over the winter months.

The set is delivered flat packed and some assembly will be required.

This table is great for sitting at whilst you sip coffee outside in the sun in the morning, perfect for a quick sandwich lunch (all the crumbs remain outside) and ideal for inviting friends or family round for an al fresco evening meal. Extra chairs and tables can also be bought separately.

Ellister Regency Six Seater Round Garden Set

This Ellister Regency Six Seater Round Set  is a 6 seater cast aluminium patio set which is finished in antique bronze. The set consists of a round table, with a central hole for the positioning of a parasol or patio heater (not included) and six matching arm chairs.

This set is strong, due to the fact that it is made from cast aluminium. It is weather and UV light resistant. The complete set is maintenance free; indeed, the table is coated with a UV protected electrostatic powder spray. The chairs are also made from cast aluminium, but have iron legs. They also have a UV powder spray finish for protection.

You can expect many years use from this set.

Ellister St Lorenzo Six Seater Reclining Patio Set

The  Ellister St Lorenzo Six Seater Reclining Patio Set consists of a table, six padded, reclining chairs and a parasol.

The table is rectangular with an aluminium frame that has a  black powder coating. The table top is made from black silk-tempered glass, and it is equipped with a lazy susan to make serving larger meals a breeze. The table also has a central hole to fit the parasol.

The chairs also have a powder coated aluminium frame, and they fold up for storage. The seat and back of the cahir are made from padded textilene, a material often used in quality garden furniture as it is both durable and quick drying. These chairs have seven recline positions for the ultimate comfort.

The parasol in the photo above is included with the set, and it adds a great touch. It has a crank system, which makes it so much easier to put up and take down the parasol. Even in the most attractive of gardens, it is nice to be able to sit down and enjoy your surroundings on some suitable garden furniture. Fortunately, there is a wide selection of garden furniture availalble to suit all tastes and budgets.

Garden furniture is available in a wide range of materials including:

• Hardwood – such as teak, oak or balau
• Softwood – most commonly pine
• Poly rattan – a resin weave man made rattan, usually reinforced with an aluminium frame
• Textilene – a quick drying man made material used for seats and seat backs
• Powder coated steel  – steel given a coating to prevent rusting
• Aluminium  – a metal which does not rest
• Polyester – frequently used for gazebos or parasol canopies.

The most prized – and expensive – material for garden furniture is hardwood due to its appearance and durability. However, poly rattan over the past few years has become increasingly popular as it is completely weather resistant and requires little 0r no maintenance. It can also be used to create more innovatively shaped garden furniture than hardwood and circular sets, cube sets, day beds and wave rider sun beds provide increased variety of choice. Poly rattan furniture is often bought for professional use too, because of its long lasting and hastle free nature.

Cheaper garden furniture is often made from a powder coated steel frame with textilene seats, but they are usually collapsible for easy storage and furniture such as this is ideal for occasional use, where you use it in the garden as required, and put it away in a garage or a shed when not in use.

Aluminium garden furniture is often very attractive to look at, with swirling designs and a very traditional, English garden appearance. It also does not rust. Pine furniture, on the other hand, looks good but should be treated with preservative about once a year to maintains its good looks and keep it free from rot.

Entertaining

If you are wanting to entertain in the garden, seating is a priority, and most garden sets will sell extra chairs separately so that you can seat everyone. It’s been my experience that people far prefer to huddle around a slightly too small table – provided they have a chair – than to be playing “musical chairs” or sitting two to a chair, so it’s worth making sure you have sufficient chairs for the number of guests that will be coming. Picnic benches are great for children as they are quite happy to squeeze together and you can seat more children than the recommended number of adults without a problem. They also allow children to have their own party whilst you have yours!

This White Oak Patio Furniture Set is a six seater set comprising a round table with a lazy susan and six arm chairs. There is a hole in the centre where a parasol can be positioned  if required, although it is not included with the set.

Ellister Milano Square Cube Set

The Ellister Milano Square Cube Set is made from poly rattan, a man made material which is excellent for use in garden furniture as it is maintenance free and resistant to frost, uv light and the rain.

This is a very cleverly designed set of furniture. The chairs and footstools tuck underneath the table when they’re not in use, to form a cube, which is very elegant.

This table has a glass top which has been tempered for strength, and only requires wiping down with a damp cloth before use, as does the furniture itself. The furniture has an aluminium frame to give it strength, yet ensure that it remains lightweight.

Included are the eight cushions – four for the chairs and four for the stools – which are made from 230g/m² polyester with a sponge interior.

This is such a cleverly designed set, and the contemporary cube shape when all the tables and stools are tucked in is really cool!
